Nutribs Facewash – Refund Policy
At Nutribs, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure fairness and transparency, refunds are processed strictly as per the policy below.
14-Day Usage Condition
- Customers must use Nutribs Facewash continuously for 14 days.
Daily face photographs are mandatory:
- One clear photo each day from Day 1 to Day 14
- Photos must be unedited and taken in similar lighting
- Face must be clean, with no makeup or filters
Eligibility for Refund
A refund request will be considered only if:
- All 14 daily photos are submitted
- The product has been used exactly as instructed
- No other skincare products are used during the 14-day period
- The refund request is raised within 24 hours after Day 14
Refund Review Process

Refund approval is subject to internal quality assessment
The decision taken by Nutribs will be final and binding
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Daily photos are missing or incomplete
- Photos are unclear, edited, or filtered
- Product usage instructions are not followed
- Refund request is delayed beyond the allowed time

Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
