- Bright colored fruits and vegetables like apricots, squash, mangoes, carrots, pumpkins and sweet potato contain antioxidants that can help improve eczema
- Fatty acid rich foods like vegetable oils, fatty fish and flaxseed may help in decreasing swelling
- Vitamin B6 rich foods protects against rashes.
PREVENTION OF ECZEMA
- Be aware of the harmful chemicals which can be used in the daily use products.
- For example. Nickel is used in making artificial jewelry
- Latex is used in making rubber gloves.
- People maybe sensitive to some type of cloths like wool.
- Use soaps, detergents, shampoos free of chemicals and dyes.
