SIGNS OF DEPRESSION:
People with depression may have any of the following symptoms:

DIETARY MANAGEMENT :

- Consume plenty of B vitamins. B vitamins helps in coping up certain types of depression.
- Tryptophan, an amino acid helps in inducing sleep. It is found in animal products.
