Within seven days of the delivery date, submit a request for a return or replacement. If a product is damaged or missing, you have two days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement.
Nutribs will assess your return request within 2 working days.
You would need to self-ship the items via any reputable courier partner if our reverse pickup service was not available at your location.
Nutribs will check the product against the claim after it is delivered and begin the replacement or refund process as necessary. Please be aware that replacement is subject to stock availability.
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
– The wrong item was shipped
– Delivered goods that has been physically damaged or has had its packaging altered
– Order not complete – missing products
Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?
– Opened, used, or altered goods
– Authentic packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
– After seven days have passed since the delivery date, a return or replacement request is generated.
– After two days have passed since the delivery date, the damaged or missing merchandise is reported.

– There is no shipping cost to ship your order any where is INDIA if the order is above ₹499.
– The Cost to shipping is completely free on any order on our website www.nutribs.com if the order is above ₹499.
– Shipping time depends upon the cities and villages. In metro cities the order can be shipped as soon as in 2 business days (subject to availability) in the other cities the order can be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. However our standard shipping duration is 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping Method: Your order will be shipped by one of our reputed shipping partners and we bear the responsibility of the safe and damage free delivery of your order.
If the order is below Rs.499/- and if coupon is applied to the order then shipping charges will be applicable
Loss and damage: We bear the responsibility of your order, until it reaches you safely. In case of a damage product delivery, you are entitled to replace it with a new package, however please read the return policy for better understanding.
International Shipping: Currently we do not deliver out of country however we will notify you as soon as we start the delivery.
